About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide high-quality support to people with disabilities in their daily lives. As a Casual Support Worker, you will have the flexibility to work on a schedule that suits you while earning between $33 – $43 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide person-centered care and support to clients in their homes and community settings.
– Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
– Facilitate social and recreational activities to enhance community engagement.
– Promote client independence and empowerment through skill development and encouragement.
– Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Mandatory Requirements (Queensland)
– NDIS Worker Screening Check.
– Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
– First Aid and CPR Certificate (current).
– COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate (as per government guidelines).
– A valid Australian Driver’s License and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
– Right to work in Australia (citizenship, residency, or valid visa).
